Request a Leave

In some cases, you will need to contact Lincoln Financial, Wolters Kluwer’s leave of absence administrator, to initiate a leave. This helps ensure your leave is processed timely and correctly, and that while you are away you receive the proper benefits or payments, if applicable.

You will need to file a claim with Lincoln Financial if you are eligible for and plan to apply for:

  • Short-Term Disability (STD)
  • Military Leave
  • FMLA
  • Parental Leave
  • Caregiver Leave
  • Personal Leave
