Well-being resources for you – the whole you

Each one of us, no matter where we are in our life’s journey, are striving to achieve a personal sense of well-being – to be as emotionally, physically, socially, and financially well as we can be. These elements of well-being are interconnected, and when one feels out of balance, your whole sense of well-being can feel “off.” We know that it’s not always easy to maintain this balance, and that’s why we offer resources that are available when and where you need them, including programs and ways to connect to support you. We are pleased to offer:

meQuilibrium (meQ):

This program features personalized content to help you build resiliency, practice mindfulness, and manage stress. Plus, meQ is AI-driven, so it ensures you get information that is most relevant for your needs and goals.

Peers Supporting Peers

Within our organization, there are employees that are passionate about well-being and seek to help create a caring culture for their peers. These individuals, inspired to help their fellow co-workers become their best, make up our Well-being Champion Network. They serve as ambassadors of our program, connecting colleagues to well-being resources and working with the Wolters Kluwer Well-being team to bring the program’s vision to life. If you are interested in becoming a Well-being Champion, please email WoltersKluwerWell-Being@wolterskluwer.com.
