New well-being resources for you – the whole you

Each one of us, no matter where we are in our life’s journey, are striving to achieve a personal sense of well-being – to be as emotionally, physically, socially, and financially well as we can be. These elements of well-being are interconnected, and when one feels out of balance, your whole sense of well-being can feel “off.” We know that it’s not always easy to maintain this balance, and that’s why we offer resources that are available when and where you need them, including new programs and ways to connect to support you. We are pleased to introduce:

meQuilibrium (meQ):

This new program features personalized content to help you build resiliency, practice mindfulness, and manage stress. Plus, meQ is AI-driven, so it ensures you get information that is most relevant for your needs and goals.

Limeade:

Through a combination of activities, incentives, and programs, Limeade makes well-being accessible and personalized. From your computer or on-the-go with the mobile app, Limeade is a hub for your well-being information, including updates and resources to help you build healthy and long-lasting habits.

Monthly well-being newsletters:

Each month you can look forward to a monthly newsletter posted to the MyHR Portal and delivered to your inbox which will highlight well-being topics and resources to support you.

Well-being at Wolters Kluwer Yammer page:

The page will promote different well-being and resiliency resources and build a community of well-being. You can share your personal well-being wins or tips for success.

In addition to these exciting new resources, you also have many other well-being benefits, programs, and resources available to you as a Wolters Kluwer employee, including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), LinkedIn Learning, and Wellbeats. For all things well-being, visit MyHR Portal, our hub for global well-being information.
